Our last few articles have given you a basic introduction to affiliate marketing, so I decided the time had come to start reviewing a few of the popular products currently offered on Clickbank. The first product on my list is the very well known Google Sniper 2.0 by George Brown. So is Google Sniper 2.0 over hyped & outdated or does it still produce the goods..? This is the question on many people’s minds, especially as it was released in October 2012. Hopefully my latest review will clarify this point for you.
Google Sniper Review
Google Sniper 2.0 by George Brown teaches you how to create mini affiliate websites (referred to as sniper sites) that make money by targeting “buyer” keywords and product name keywords in the Google search engines.
This is an excellent way for the newbie to get started in affiliate marketing. I actually made my very first sale on the internet by targeting a product name keyword on Google. The conversions are really high because these people are in buying mode when searching for the information.
All you need to do is get your information in front of these people as they research the product to get the last click and earn the commission for the affiliate sale.
In addition to teaching you all you need to know about keyword research and ranking your affiliate product review site on page 1 of Google, George Brown covers the art of the pre-sell page.
Your conversions will go through the roof when you create your own pre-sell page because it ads trust and credibility to your review. A pre-sell page or product review needs to pull the trigger that finally makes the visitor whip out their credit card and make the purchase. If you give an honest overview of the product with pros and cons then your page can provide that trigger and thus ensure you are credited with the commissions.
Google Sniper 2.0 Updates
There have been a number of updates to this product since the initial version to make sure the strategies are up to date with internet developments and to ensure Google Sniper 2.0 works.
The method of back linking and doing SEO on websites is one of the most significant updates. George Brown goes through what is working now with SEO and what type of back links you need to do in order to get best rankings. Also, he covers the importance of social triggers (Facebook, Twitter and Google+ sharing of your content) in getting as much traffic as possible.
All in all, this is an excellent package that will help any newbie make money online with affiliate marketing. You get the main Google Sniper 2.0 PDF Manual, Sniper Training Video Modules, Advanced Training Modules, and an important outsourcing section. It is the outsourcing section where you can really scale this out for the BIG cash.
My Google Sniper 2.0 Secret Strategies!
Here are some of my thoughts that should hopefully help you see even more success with the Google Sniper system:
Back linking – Nowadays with back links you can’t go blasting your website using the one main keyword that you want to rank for as the anchor text for the URL. You need to make it more natural. Make sure you vary your anchor text in the back linking. You can do this by spinning the keyword. So if you were to target the keyword “Product Review” also target other keyword variations “Product” and “does Product work” and “click here” and “check this out” and “Product overview” etc. Also include the full raw URL as a back link as that looks natural to Google.
Press Releases – I have noticed that Press Release work very well nowadays in terms of getting traffic and high quality back links. When you create a new product review site then write and distribute a press release about it. This will get you traffic from being in Google News as well as high quality back links from authority news websites. These news website back links really do go down well with Google today.
Social Triggers – This is covered in the product by George, and is an essential part of ranking today. Make sure you share your content on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ and also buy social sharing services from fiverr.com and other services to give you an initial boost whilst you wait for the natural sharing of your content to kick in.

Ok now the review shown above has got me quite interested in this product, but having already bought several worthless products in the past, I am interested YES but I have my skeptical head on! Luckily for me a friend of mine in Sweden had already bought this product when it was released, so he very generously offered to send me a copy of the “Google Sniper 2.0 Manual” which is a 100 page extensive eBook. This was a great help because at least now I could actually see what the fuss was all about!
Well let’s put it this way;
1. GSniper 2.0 is not going to wave a magic wand & suddenly flood your bank account with large sums of money!
2. GSniper 2.0 is not going to do any of the work for you & believe me there is work involved !
3. GSniper has been a best seller through Clickbank for the last 4 years! So let’s face it, you don’t get that sort of reputation if your product is junk!
4. GSniper 2.0 is basically a blue print, or a road map if you like..? It is a very well presented set of instructions that if followed correctly, should in the vast majority of cases increase the traffic to your affiliate offers & also start producing sales of the products you’re promoting.
I have been running several Amazon affiliate sites for around 4 to 5 years and I can tell you quite honestly that the Google Sniper 2.0 manual had me taking notes like crazy, it was full of tips & ideas that I had never heard about before & when implemented would certainly help increase traffic to your affiliate or CPA offers and even though I had already used keyword selection tools for the past 5 years, what George actually shows you with regard to correct keyword selection is extremely valuable indeed.
Now I know there are comments flying around the Internet stating that this is an outdated product & that since Google’s Penguin update on April 24th 2012, exact match domains no longer rank well, if at all! Well my friends just take a look at two of my Amazon sites and then tell me they no longer rank. Do a search using Google.com for “A1 Rated Gadgets” & “Tech Gadget Zone” (both without the quotes). As the saying goes, the proof of the pudding is in the eating and these two sites are both ranked in the top 3 for exact match domain names. In fact anyone that actually knows what they are talking about, should be able to tell you that the EMD update did not penalize sites for using an exact match domain name, all it did was to remove any advantage to the EMD so in effect they leveled the playing field, so now sites will no longer rank based on their domain names.
For me personally I would have to say that for the tips, insights & strategies, this product is well worth getting! But hey listen if your still on the fence on this then I fully understand. In fact even though George offers a full refund policy if your not completely satisfied with the product, what about picking up this “entire system for a 5 day trial and all for just $1.00“
Follow this link to the Google Sniper 2.0 Video & when it has played for several minutes, attempt to close the page!
This will usually trigger the special offer of the 5 day trial of the entire system for $1.00
